LIONEL SHIPOLOTI 's PROFILE :
Lionel Shipoloti is a Reggae Artist from Sehlakwane@Monsterlus. His real name is Sebase Phillips Moraka. He was born in a rural village of Mmaseshegwane Ga Mmachacha under Makhuduthamaga Municipality and later moved to Sehlakwane.
He started his music career in 1985 as a Composer and Vocalist. He also plays Keyboard, Bass Guitar and Drums.
From 1994, he played with various artists such as Penny Penny, Sidney "Mama's Baby " Mohopodi, Brenda Fassie, Spenza Man, DJ Maranza, Spirit Kai One, Peta Trainer, Masemza, Madika and Ebony.
They went to the countries such as Namibia and Botswana. In 2001, he released a Disco album titled Ozoqwala under the stage name @Shipoloti and the album was produced by Spensa Man.
He just released his Reggae single, titled Corona. The song is about the highlight of the danger of this Virus called COVID 19.
In 2012, he joined the Project called Bapedi Culture and Music (BACUM). He then released a Sepedi Album, titled Mokankanyane under the stage name @Rabadia.
He is now busy with another Sepedi album which he already released two of the songs named Bopedi Gageshu and Joo Realla. The songs are already getting enough airplay on Thobela fm's Tša Borena Program.
